Description: This listing is for a full skirted tulle petticoat from the 1950s or 1960s. The petticoat is all made out of the same tulle with a gathered ruffle at the hem. There is an opening at the top on one side but it needs a new snap or hook and eye closure. The waist measures 24 inches. From the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem is 27 inches. It looks like it used to have a tap at the top but it has been cut out. It appears to be clean with no bad smells.
