Binding is secure and pages are clean. The Christmas pictorial booklet is also in very good condition. No rips or folds. Some discoloration or aging noticed on the covers and some inside pages. Authorized decorations card was found inside the book and included in one of the pictures. Please look at all the photos for a more accurate description.
