This towable troy Bilt chipper is in great, hardly used shape overall. Unfortunately the briggs ohv engine is stuck, and I have a feeling it's from water being left outside - these engines tend to let water in the exhaust when not properly stored. I have not tried to free the engine up nor have I removed any covers to see the internal condition. It may be salvageable, or slap a predator etc on the nice, rustless frame and have yourself basically a new chipper. If you want it shipped it will come partially disassembled. You can pick it up in Rollinsville CO. I can deliver it in Colorado for a fee. Palletize it and get it to a trucking company near Denver for a fee. Or lastly, I drive from CO to NJ a few times a year, and can deliver it along i70 or i80 for a fee.
