This helmet does have the round knob to adjust the fit to the head. Please look at the pictures that show the black rubber trim trim piece that goes around the helmet. If that is not attached at the back there is a great chance that rubber piece will be loose but it is there. Inventory number is #EJ-11 We purchased these from a state surplus store and don't know anything about them other than what the pictures and stickers inside the helmet shows. As a pre-owned item, being in fire and rescue this item will show signs of wear and use including scratches, scraps on each part of the helmet, including the visor.
