Description: · Description: This is an elegant, hand-crafted 9” luncheon size porcelain plate dating from the mid 19th century.· Features: This hand-crafted piece features an encrusted gold bird and flowering branches on a cream color background. On the reverse is the maker’s mark: two crossed hammers and the Pirkenhammer seal. It is also numbered. (Please see photos.)· Size: 9” diameter, luncheon size· Condition: This vintage plate is in excellent condition… no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. There is very little, if any, wear to the gold.
