Description: New OEM Dana/Spicer Chevy Dana 44 or GM Corp. 10 Bolt Outer Axle Shaft StubShaft pictured is the one we are selling. (note the two outside grooves.) Shaft only has two outside grooves. Some applications listed below have 3 grooves but this shaft will still work. Applications with automatic locking hubs usually use the shaft with 3 grooves. This shaft will work but you will not be able to put an inside snap ring on the shaft. This outer axle shaft stub fits Chevy Dana 44 and GM Corporate 10 bolt front axle assemblies: 1973-1988 on GM or Chevy 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton pick ups and full size Blazers 1973-1991 on 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton Suburbans Jeep Dana 44 front axles 1974-1992 This axle shaft uses 5-297X or 5-760X u-joint.
