This includes all instructions and decals in original unopened packaging. *As I was examining the contents I noticed that the small plastic bags holding the Power Crystal and Miniature Power Rangers were open. The package says there are 4 of each, but there are actually EIGHT of each. I suspect that someone added these items from another set and that's why the little bags were open. Since no other items were open, it's the only likely explanation. I have taped closed the sides of those bags and put them into a zip-lock bag. I wrap with the utmost care and ship right away.
