Description: This is an OFFICIAL NATIONAL LEAGUE (White) Baseball signed by Baseball Hall of Famer, 6x All Star, 2x World Series Champion, 8x NL Stolen Base Leader, member of the Cardinals Hall of Fame and former Cubs and Cardinals outfielder LOU BROCK in black felt tip pen. He added the inscription "HOF 85" under his name. The signature rates an 8.5/10 due to a touch of ink transfer near the name. The ball itself is lightly toned throughout. Brock held the single-season stolen base record with 118 until it was broken by Rickey Henderson in 1982. He also held the major league record for career stolen bases with 938 until it was also broken by Henderson in 1991. He led the National League in stolen bases for a record eight times and also had a record twelve consecutive seasons with 50 or more stolen bases. Brock is still the National League's leader in career stolen bases. Brock died in 2020 at age 81.
