Description: Good condition example of the Lego set 71006 The Simpsons House. This set was built for display and has been only minimally handled over the last decade. It includes 5 minifigures - work Homer Simpson, Marge (w/ cloth apron), Lisa (w/ cloth skirt), Ned Flanders with apron, and Maggie. Aside from Maggie I believe these are all unique figures to this set. The figures are clean and free from cracking or scuffs. This set is largely complete and free from damage as far as I can tell. All elements appear to be their proper color and I do not believe this set to have experienced any UV damage, which is common for light tan bricks after a 10 years. It is missing a few of the smaller standalone supplemental builds, which were lost in a move at some point (E.G. the grill and the mailbox) but these could theoretically be made from parts off of Bricklink, etc. The house model itself is in great shape and all stickered components are holding up very well. This listing includes the Simpson family’s pink car as well as many of the smaller furniture builds inside the home. All 3 instruction manuals, in good condition, are included. Shipping overages will be refunded and the set will be partially disassembled to help save shipping costs. Please check out my other listings for other Lego sets and figures.
