These wheels are bolt pattern 6-5.5" for the 4wd version of these trucks 1/2 ton that used 6 lug. K10 This wheel has an open center cap for the front hub to fit. Can be used on the rear but would need to use a center cap that is closed on the end. Trim ring and center have wear and some dings in them, see pictures to verify this will work for you, not perfect but very usable.
