Description: 1932/1 A overdate Oaktree 5 Marks Germany Weimar This is a modern 20th Century Rarity Of the German Series and is only the second piece currently known to the numismatic community . The discovery piece is a PCGS AU55 That was sold at a Stacks Bowers auction in October 2014. The auction description at that time alluded to the PCGS piece as possibly unique ! Since that time , this NGC Coin is the only other example to be confirmed. This coin came from a very nice collection of 20 th Century German Coins auctioned in Great Britain in the past few years . Overdates in the Weimar series are virtually unknown, save the PCGS discovery piece and this now Certified NGC Coin. Choice near GEM MS64 , Top Pop 1/0 the only UNC currently known. Coin exhibits gorgeous flashy cartwheel Lustre . The Reverse shows a somewhat frosted Eagle. This piece is well struck and is very pleasing . NGC graded MS64 #4201251-012.
