It is no coincidence that we have multiple marble runs by JABO called "Memorial Day". I think it has to do with Master Dave's military background and his undying love of country. What other wholesome hobby can you think of other than making these beautiful little spheres of art that please adults and children alike? Baseball, apple pie and marble making...lol. How fun, right? Okay, a little information on this marble: the classic superman colors are clearly visible and the coolest part of this marble is the wispy white delicate strands of glass internally. There are a couple of pictures that show some windows through the translucent white clouds. This is quite extraordinary. You won't find this except on the best of the best JABO's. These are hard to find JABO marbles and very fun for an instant conversation piece when sharing your hobby with friends and family...or simple to enjoy yourself. This classic Superman family within the memorial Day run will always be a mainstay for collectable marbles. This desirable namesake of the man of steel should be in every serious collectors keeper vault. This one would fit nicely into any collection. Grab it while you can. These classic Superman colors are reflected with the beautiful pigments of the high quality glass used in this marble production run. I rotate the marble from all sides to show all angles of the marble, not just the money shots. I use a Canon Rebel DSLR with built-in flash to show as much of the detail as possible. This marble was made on the 3/4" machine and measures 0.724" in diameter with electronic calipers.
