This transition started around the early to mid 1970s. I believe this might have been as early as 1972 based on opened deck with an “R” code on the ace of spades. Design features: - The blue seal sticker has a solid white boarder - A solid white tear away strip - There are no registration marks on the Bicycle Logo - “Poker” on top of the deck - No bar code or UPC on the bottom with the words “Air Cushion Finish” - “Made in USA” on one side - “The U.
