DVD`s and Blu-Ray Disc may pop loose from clip during shipping. We do our best keep this from happening. On used videos we may add tape to help secure discs in place. We pack our items very well. Depending on destination we may even overpack. All used videos are cleaned and sanitized before shipping. We do not buff any of our videos. If a video has deep scratches, they are discarded.Some new VHS and DVD may have Barcodes scratched off, marked or covered. This does not affect the movie. It`s just a process that some retailers do when adding their own barcodes. If by chance you receive a defective or broken product, please allow us 48 hrs. to respond to your complaint. We proud ourselves on making things right with any customer who has a problem with any of our products. We just ask you to be patient while we fix the discrepancy.
