Description: Exquisite length of antique French circa 1900 linen in a marvelous floral basket and garland variation. Beautiful tones of burnt apricot/coral and a smokey gray blue. With a very pale mauve. The linen ground is a soft nutty natural tone. Large scale and mid density, an old French interiors textile. Wonderful to find these old pure linens. Absolutely stunning in projects; pillows, table pieces, window elements, clothing elements, decorative upholstery etc.. Very nice condition for it's age. Lightly used & salvaged. Some of this has one selvage edge, the rest is raw outer edges. A hint of soft aging to the patina and slight mellowing of the colors which is perfect on this. I’ve left it unpressed ‘ natural as found so will leave pressing up to buyers preference. ***Measures~ 23" wide by 1 yard long.I can keep your length selected uncut up to 3 yards selected as I am working with 2 lengths of this one.
