Description: PAINTED TONGUE also known as Velvet Trumpet, is a South American annual that likes cooler weather and fills the garden with crazy colors from spring until midsummer. This is a mix of Red, Yellow and Pink. No two flowers are alike. They all will have a yellow tongue. They'll often produce a late season burst of color when temperatures drop in autumn. It is a great choice for cut flower arrangements that also grows very well in containers.
