Description: All cards sold are straight from the pack to a penny sleeve and top loader. The scratches you see are actually from the top loader and not the cards itself. I am NOT a professional grader. Any returns due to buyers making false claims saying it's "not as described" because it wouldn't grade as GEM MINT will be reported as fraud as it's against eBay policy. This card is being shipped via the “eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards under $20 Program.” This program is designed by eBay/USPS to allow sellers to sell lower cost trading cards and provide a shipping option that is more affordable to the end customer. This shipping process is not as fast as USPS First Class. Oftentimes, cards arrive to the customer within 5-7 days of shipping. We have, however, experienced scenarios where cards may arrive two weeks or more after shipment. Tracking does exist for each of these shipments, however, we have experienced the following scenarios: 1. Tracking is active and works as designed. 2. Tracking is partially reported and incomplete. 3. Cards are delivered to the customer but tracking does not indicate the delivery as made. 4. No data ever populates with tracking, but the card delivers. We are highlighting this mainly because of questions and concerns from our customer base when tracking doesn’t update or when packages are slow to arrive.
