I will save that one till the last one sold. This patterns is ~ UNCUT - STILL FACTORY FOLDED The patterns envelope is in GOOD condition other than it might show some wear, wrinkling & browning on the covers and seams from storage. I also had to tape several places on the seamsand covers. Please review all photos. MY HOME IS SMOKE FREE!
