1928 JEWELRY COMPANY Gold Tone PINK/PURPLE Rhinestone Pendant on BEADED Necklace

Description: nth and ped with the artwork of Carl Pappe. Up for auction is a rhinestone pendant and beaded chain necklace from 1928 jewelry company. This beautiful piece has a square pendant set with four oval pink glass cabochons set in a Maltese cross style with pink and light lavender glass rhinestones set into goldtone metal with a light lavender rhinestone set connector attaching the pendant to the strand; the necklace is made of all glass beads in all shades of purples, pinks and lavenders strung in random fashion. The unique pendant measures just over 2 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" high; the necklace measures 17 1/2" long with a 3" extension chain enabling you to wear it from 17-20"; it is marked "1928" on the tag. This necklace is still in excellent condition as I'm not sure it was ever worn. I only mention this as I am very picky & want to be as detailed as possible in my description so that you know what to expect. What a great addition this would make to your jewelry collection! Check out my other items, including other vintage jewelry, a matching sterling hugs & kisses pin, collectibles, Pierre Cardin jewelry, jewelry re-dos & vintage items I will be listing so be sure to check back often & add me to your favorites list! Please bid carefully as I do not refund shipping charges on returns unless I misrepresented the item. You can contact me with any concerns if necessary before leaving feedback as I want happy customers. I will feedback you as soon as you contact me after receiving item to let me know that everything arrived safely. Payment due 5 days after end of auction. Insurance is included in cost of shipping with all auction wins. Save on shipping when you win more than one item! I am always happy to combine shipping costs from multiple auctions, however all items must be paid at the same time to receive shipping discounts. All shipping is done Mon & Fri as these are my days off. Exceptions sometimes made if possible. There is a small handling fee already added to shipping charges to pay for insurance & help defray cost of shipping supplies. If shipping seems high to you please consider the fact that this includes insurance, that shipping supplies are paid for, and the distance the item is traveling (I am in Florida-- if you are on the west coast shipping does cost a bit more & take a bit longer). International Buyers – Please Note: Please check my about me page if you have any questions about shipping charges before contacting me, most answers can be found there. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I DO NOT MARK MERCHANDISE VALUES BELOW VALUE or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. If you bid and pay and then ask me to do so, I will immediately report you to Ebay, cancel the sale, and refund your payment MINUS the $.30 fee that paypal charges me to refund payments. Shipping charges may seem high but this is because insurance is included so that you will definitely receive your item. If lost in transit 100% of your purchase price will be refunded. I will not consider shipping without insurance. I cannot ship internationally at any lower cost at this time. All Bidders Please Read the Following Terms of Sale: Please note: Most of the items I sell are either vintage or gently used. I try my very best to accurately describe all items and list all flaws. Although I list all flaws I can find, sometimes something small gets overlooked. If a statement such as "age wear" or "manufacturing defects" is used in the description, it means that the item is not flawless and your bid constitutes knowledge of that fact. All colors are described to the best of my ability; different people see color in different ways & this is by no means in any way any attempt on my part to deceive anyone-- therefore, nuances that can be seen in photos or that are described are not a reason for a return on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return (buyer pays return shipping, original shipping is not refunded). By bidding you agree to the following terms: returns will only be made if the item returned is the actual item I sent to you; that the item will be unused by you or anyone else; all identifying tags will still be attached and not removed (photos kept for placement verification). I ship all items insured so if an item is damaged in transit, you agree to cooperate when filing a claim before attempting to have the item refunded by me. I'm sorry to have to implement these policies but have had an awfully large amount of miscommunication as of late & want all of my transactions to run smoothly. I have had experiences where buyers contact me with a claim for damaged items when the defect was clearly stated in the description and visible in the photos. I try very hard to make your experience the best I can and want you to be happy, but I can't afford to refund shipping charges that were paid to the post office when defects were seen in the photos-- please make sure to use the zoom function to examine the item before bidding. I am always willing to refund but can only refund cost of item, not shipping. On this particular item, it was closely examined for flaws and I have stated everything I saw. However, if something was missed it would likely be very small & easy to fix so for that reason, no returns will be made on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return as long as the item is unused by you, item must be returned within 30 days--see return info for details. Ebays new ratings for sellers, please read: Hi, I wanted to give you a little info on the way ebay considers feedback, ebay has changed their feedback policy for sellers and feedback is extremely important. We know this.. Example: When giving sellers 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Times may seem like "Quickly"; but however with ebay, they consider this as a sub-par mark. Keep that in mind when leaving feedback. I strive for 5-star service by stating upfront my policies, my shipping rate and my shipping frequency and speed. I am an honest dealer and always have been, I list everything I find that may possibly be wrong with the item, if there is anything. I want you to be happy and I want your return business. If you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars! If you are not pleased, let me know before leaving feedback via e-mail directly or through Ebay's contact seller link, and I'll work hard to make you happy. Let's work together to make a great community, fun and exciting for everyone. Thank you again for your time and business, have a wonderful day. Track Page Views With Auctiva's FREE Counter
