Description: *🌟* UP FOR SALE IS THIS AWESOME....*🌟* 1920-1930s Vintage carpenters, tool chest that is 3 feet long and 2 feet high with attached wheels. The wheels can be removed however, they make moving it around so much easier. There are six sets of inserts, which I believe is Poplar wood. Also, There is a bracket in the lid to store hand saws . It was painted a maroon color (original color) and has tons of brass screws and accents. This beautiful piece was refurbished, and my wife "Meticulously" removed all the outside metal molding....and the 100's of brass screws painted the molding....and "POLISHED" each and every screw....and returned to the chest. All Original Hardware....Nothing was replaced.... The wheels were added for ease of transport. The inside is the original paint. There is a built in lock, but with no key. (A lock-smith can easily make one if needed or replace the lock)This would be an AWESOME "ACCENT PIECE" to any Antique Decor or would make a Great addition to any "Man Cave", or even an awesome coffee table with wheels removed. A Good idea would be, remove the wheels and replace with 3" Diameter Shortie Legs !
